2015 · Organic Wine

Grapes : 50 % Grenache blanc, 50% Vermentino, 10% Viognier.

Tasting Notes :Pale white, crystalline reflections straw. Expressive nose, complex grapefruit, peach, dried flowers and candied pineapple. mouth retains many supported by a nice smooth freshness.

Suggestions :The set is soft and elegant and a perfect accompaniment to grilled cuttlefish, a veal calf or a sheep of the Aspe Valley.

Grapes : 100% Viognier.

Tasting Notes :Here is a wine that confirms the revival of this variety. Culture on Shale Saint-Chinian wine led to this incredibly brilliant, the explosive nose. Grapes : 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre.

Tasting Notes :Salmon pink dress fairly steady.Nose on fresh fruit (strawberry crushed), with a note of pear.The palate is lively and fresh, nice and long.

Suggestions :Stewed rabbit with spring vegetables, mussels marinated celery.

Tasting Notes :Peach pin dress. Fine and dense bubbles. The nose on the freshfruits lichis and mills. The mouth is acidulous andfresh. Bursting and scintillating.

Suggestions :At the aperitif it will be accompanied by settees to salmon smokedslightly anisated.

Suggestions :This is the wine for relaxed occasions with charcutaille, a grill or a cheese platter.

Grapes : 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache.

Tasting Notes :This wine is a great classic of the appelation Saint-Chinian.Il knew to renew the tradition by developing the fruity character and the texture of mouth. Thewine is of a beautiful Garnet-red red. The nose is marked by the red fruits very walls, liquorice, thedark tobacco.

Suggestions :The mouth is coated with muscular but slendertannins. The ancestor knew to keep his tonicity.

Grapes : 65% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 15% Grenache

Tasting Notes :When we called Jougla, we can develop friendly wine terroirs of the area, but to change the style of these wines. This wine is undoubtedly signed: deep purple color, sweet nose, vanilla, chocolate, opening on the cashew and a touch of soot. Very fleshy in the mouth, the wine develops an extent that its aromatic sweetness does not advertise. A very, very nice wine, original and modern at once.

Suggestions :Serve with a side of beef Florentine or try with Morbier instead of the inevitable Jura wine.

Grapes : 50% Syrah, 25 %Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre.

Tasting Notes :Deep color with shades of black cherry.The nose is very powerful, stern first, then opening on the blackcurrant jam, vanilla, toast, mocha, cocoa.The mouth is incredibly dense, heady, long. The final notes of cedar scents. Magnifique!

Suggestions :This remarkable wine should definitely be decanted. Therefore it can accompany a rabbit with olives, tournedos, ashy goat, a chocolate cake.

Grapes : 50 % Syrah, 45% Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre

Tasting Notes : The dress is dark with violin reflections. The nose is concentrated and allows to express the aromas of cherry burlat, raspberry jam, Sichuan berry, milk caramel, chocolate, fresh mint, vanilla and cinnamon.

Suggestions :It is a powerful, fine and elegant wine, it will accomplish in all simplicity for your best moments poultry, cheeses and even a square of dark chocolate.
